BENTON TOWNSHIP, MI - Lake Michigan College is hosting two information open houses about its newly updated Computer Information Systems Networking program. The sessions will be held Tuesday, August 7, from 4 - 6 p.m. on the Napier Avenue Campus in room B-314; and on Wednesday, August 8, from 4 - 6 p.m. at the Bertrand Crossing Campus in Niles.

CIS networking instructor Charlie Olszewski will outline how the College is addressing training needs in the growing network security field. He will also discuss job opportunities and projections in the computer networking field, outline the educational requirements for entering information technology careers, and review things to consider when deciding on an information technology career track.

They can gain the majority of their coursework at either the Napier Avenue Campus in Benton Township or the Bertrand Crossing Campus in Niles.
